What is the shipping timeframe for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are usually processed and shipped the same business day.

Does Engage Pickleball offer a warranty on paddles?

Yes, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects on all our high-performance paddles. Please note that normal wear and tear, including edge guard scrapes or core breakdown from heavy use, is not covered.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your paddle, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in 'like-new' condition with the original packaging.

Are Engage paddles USAPA approved for tournament play?

Absolutely. All Engage Pickleball paddles are tested and approved by the USAPA (USA Pickleball Association) for sanctioned tournament play worldwide.

Can I demo a paddle before purchasing?
